Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions (Terms) on which we supply our products to you. By placing an order on our website www.weloveseasons.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before you submit your order. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not order through our website. We currently sell to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Our products
We Love Seasons Ltd products are for decorative use only. They are not toys and are not designed for this purpose. Due to the risk of choking on small parts, none of our products is suitable for children under five.
All natural products are intended for indoor use only. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or deterioration resulting from outdoor use. Products should also be kept away from children and animals, as they are not designed to be handled or played with.
To help preserve them for future seasons, products should be stored in a dry environment.
Images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we try to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display reflects colours precisely. Dimensions are approximate and given in centimetres.
Some products are handmade and/or hand painted. Variations in finish, shape and minor imperfections may occur, and items may differ slightly from images on our website or between units of the same product.
We cannot be responsible for errors in third-party articles, websites or other publications in relation to pricing or stock availability. Refunds cannot be given for price discrepancies between such articles and our website.
Our contract with you
By placing an order through our website, you make an offer to purchase the goods listed in your order under these Terms. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to confirm it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
When you place an order, we will require your name, email address, billing and delivery addresses and payment details. We may share your contact details with our 3PL supplier and couriers to assist with delivery.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate.
We may not be able to meet our obligations in the following circumstances:

if your payment is not authorised

if you do not meet order criteria set out in these Terms

if the product ordered is out of stock

if there is a product description or pricing error

if our delivery partners cannot deliver due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g. hazardous weather, accidents)
If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you by email.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it, delay it, stop delivery or change the delivery address.
Please check your products on receipt. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 10 working days of receipt.
Payment terms
The price of the product will be as indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. Although we try to ensure prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue with the correct price or cancel your order.
Payments are handled by secure third-party providers. If you pay by debit or credit card you will be charged immediately for the full order value, including for pre-ordered items. You will own the goods once payment is received in full.
Delivery
Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If your parcel is dispatched to an incorrect address, an additional fee may apply to redeliver.
Orders are normally dispatched within three working days of payment. We may reuse packaging to reduce waste.
Delivery charges:

UK mainland: £5.99 (free on orders over £75). This charge covers postage as well as the careful picking, packing and wrapping of your order.

Outside UK mainland: charges are weight-based and calculated at checkout
We will email you once your order is dispatched. Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided.
Part shipment of an order
If a product is out of stock but due within 72 hours, your order may be held until complete. If the delay is longer, we will part-ship your order. You will only be charged once for shipping.
Delivery outside the UK
Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable by you. These charges are outside our control. Customs duties are not always refundable. Please check with your local customs office.
Cancellation and amendments
You can always end your contract with us. Your rights depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it, how we are performing and when you decide to end the contract.
If you order products but they have not left our warehouse, you may cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. We will refund you in full.
If you have received your products, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery. To do so, you must notify us through our online returns portal, accessible via our website. Once you have submitted your request, we will confirm the return address and information to include. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

we receive the goods in resalable condition, new, with labels and packaging intact

you comply with our returns process, including submitting your request through the returns portal so that we can identify your order
The original postage charge is non-refundable. You are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty.
Discrepancies
Please examine goods immediately upon delivery. Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 10 working days of receipt, or within 30 days if a fault develops later.
Faults must be reported through our returns portal, which can be accessed via our website. When you select faulty or damaged as your reason, you will be asked to upload a clear photo of the product so that we can assess the issue quickly.
If you are unable to provide a photo, you must return the product at your own expense for inspection. If the product is confirmed as defective, we will refund your return cost (up to the collection rate we would charge) and either replace the item (if in stock) or issue a refund.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
Refunds
If you meet our return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. If your card has expired, please contact us at sales@weloveseasons.com
Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us. We are not liable for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious it will occur or if, at the time of the contract, both parties knew it might occur.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your statutory rights. These include your right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and supplied with reasonable skill and care, and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
We are not liable for the use of third-party websites linked to from our site. Such links should not be considered endorsements.
Events outside our control
We will not be liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If such an event occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event. We will arrange a new delivery date once the event ends.
How we use your personal information
We will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Other important terms
These Terms and the use of our website are governed by English law. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect your statutory rights.
These Terms are designed for use in the United Kingdom. If you order from outside the UK, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
If a court finds any part of this contract unlawful, the rest will remain in force.
If we delay enforcing this contract, we may still enforce it later. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not pursue it immediately, we may still require payment at a later date.
