Delivery information

We ship your products within 3 working days of receiving payment. You might receive your order in a box that looks like it has been used before — and it has. This is because we are actively trying to reduce packaging waste and be as environmentally conscious as possible.

A shipping and tax charge of £5.99 for UK mainland will be added (free on orders over £75 in the UK). This charge covers not only postage but also the careful picking, packing and wrapping of your order.

For orders outside UK mainland, shipping and tax will be based on the weight of the order and calculated at checkout.

The products become your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.

Before you finalise and submit your order, please make sure the delivery address is correct, including the postcode. Please also check your order confirmation carefully. If a parcel is dispatched with an incorrect address, an additional fee may apply.

We Love Seasons uses recyclable and biodegradable wrapping where possible. If your order arrives in a box that looks like it has been used before, it most likely has — as we try to reuse boxes whenever we can.
