We love our products, but understand if the purchase isn't for you.

If you order products but the order has not left the warehouse, you may cancel your order without giving a reason, at any time within 14 days of your order. You will have no obligation and we will return your money.

If you have ordered products, and received them, you may cancel your order at any time within 14 days of the date you received them. You must tell us that you wish to cancel by sending us an email to We will then confirm the return address and information you need to include with the return and you need to return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us. We will return your money subject to the following conditions:

  • we receive the goods in a condition in which we can re-sell them at full price, in new condition, with labels and packaging intact.
  • you comply with our procedure for returns and refunds. We cannot return your money unless we know who sent them.

The initial postage and packaging charge is non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We have no obligation to refund to you, your cost of re-packaging and returning the goods.

Discrepancies – so sorry
Please examine the products received from us immediately you receive them. Any products that are faulty or damaged must be reported within 10 working days upon receiving the parcel or within 30 days should the fault develop after receiving them.

Send us an email as soon as possible to and attach a photo of the defective product so the complaint can be assessed. If you cannot send us a photo of the defective product, you will need to return the product to us, at your own expense. We will then inspect the products and if our inspection confirms the defective product, we will refund your return cost (please note we will only refund the collection cost we would charge) and issue a replacement (if in-stock) or a refund as appropriate.

We Love Seasons cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged for something that was the result of normal wear and tear.
