At We Love Seasons, we celebrate the changing seasons through decorations that are designed to be treasured for years to come. Our collection is built on our founders’ family traditions in Denmark, where seasonal decorations have always been a special way to mark moments together.

We’ve put together some of the questions we’re asked most often. If you can’t find your answer here, please get in touch - we’ll be happy to help.

How much is delivery in the UK?
Delivery to UK mainland is £5.99. This charge includes careful picking, packing and wrapping as well as postage. Orders over £75 are delivered free of charge.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. Delivery and tax are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

How long does delivery take?
We usually ship within 3 working days of receiving payment. You’ll receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, you can return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned with original packaging and labels. You are responsible for return postage. https://weloveseasons-b2c.myshopify.com/apps/return_prime

What if my product is faulty or damaged?
Please report this within 30 days using our Return portal. You will need to upload a photo of the item so we can review quickly and keep our stock records accurate. If confirmed faulty, we’ll refund your return cost (up to our standard collection rate) and offer a replacement or refund. Full details: Faulty products.

What if something isn’t quite right with my order (wrong or missing items)?

Why do the products sometimes vary a little bit from the picture?
Many of our products are natural or handmade, which means small variations in shape, finish, colour and minor imperfections are normal and part of their charm. These are not considered faults but what makes each item unique.

What is the best way to look after my products?
As many of our products are made from natural materials, please store them in a dry environment and wrap them carefully if you’re keeping them for next season. Our products are made to last and can be passed on to the next generation, so please look after them well. Avoid damp places, as this may cause damage or deterioration.

Can I use the products for children?
No. Our products are for decorative use only and are not suitable for children under the age of five due to small parts that may cause choking. So please make sure they are kept out of reach of both children and animals.

Not received my discount code?
Please check your email, including your spam or promotions folder. Discount codes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and will expire after that time.

Worried that my products will go on sale just after I bought them?
We don’t run seasonal sales in the middle of a season. This means you can shop with confidence, knowing that your products won’t suddenly be reduced in price right after your order. We do sometimes run sales, but only outside the main season.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards through our secure checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

Do you use sustainable packaging?
Yes. We use recyclable and biodegradable packaging where possible. We also reuse boxes to reduce waste, so your order might arrive in a box that looks like it has been used before.
