Faulty or damaged products – we’re sorry this happened
We want every product to arrive with you in perfect condition. All items go through a quality check before they leave our suppliers, and we are very fussy about it. But no process is completely faultless and, very occasionally, something might slip through.
If you believe your product is faulty or damaged when it arrives, or a fault develops within 30 days, please let us know as soon as possible via our return portal. You will need to upload a clear photo of the item, as this helps us assess the issue quickly and keep our stock records accurate.
If we confirm a fault, we will refund your return postage cost and either send you a replacement (if in stock) or issue a refund.
Please note that many of our products are natural or handmade, so small variations in shape, finish, colour and minor imperfections are normal and part of their charm. These are not considered faults. We also cannot be held responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear.
