Design: The Autumn Forest Look combines four of our autumn decorations in different sizes, materials and textures. The Large Plaited Straw Pumpkin provides the main focal point with its distinctive woven texture, while the two smaller green pumpkins introduce contrasting felt and stoneware finishes. The Felt Mushroom Garland brings the pieces together with its mix of brown, grey and green woodland tones.

Styling: Recreate the complete look on a sideboard, console or mantelpiece. Start with the Large Plaited Straw Pumpkin, then position the Small Green Felt Pumpkin and Green Stoneware Pumpkin nearby at different heights.

Drape the Felt Mushroom Garland loosely along the surface and around the pumpkins to soften the display and introduce more woodland texture. Add a couple of branches gathered from the garden for a simple finishing touch.

The pieces can also be separated and styled around your home. Place one of the smaller pumpkins on top of a few stacked books or on a coffee table, while the garland can be draped along a mantelpiece, shelf or console.

That was the inspiration behind this look. I chose the Large Plaited Straw Pumpkin as the starting point because I love its generous size and woven texture, then added the two smaller green pumpkins in felt and stoneware to introduce different finishes and heights. The mushroom garland was the finishing touch - its woodland colours bring everything together and give the display that lovely feeling of an autumn forest.”
